WR Financial Management Limited is delighted to announce its merger with another Independent Financial Adviser.

WR Financial has agreed a deal with Barrington Slimmings, based in Stannington, Morpeth, that will create an enlarged regional IFA practice with 14 staff across the North East.

The merger will see Barrington Slimmings adopt the name and brand of WR Financial Management with a number of administration functions centralised to our Teesside office.  Barrington Slimmings’ Stannington office will remain open and an integral part of the enlarged firm with Tony Slimmings adopting the role of Investment Director within the enlarged firm working out of both the Teesside and Stannington offices.
