As we begin the New Year, the tax year end is fast approaching. There is now just over 2 months before the 5th April 2012 to utilise your ISA allowance. Once this deadline has passed your allowance for this year will be lost.

In this tax year, the limit increased to £10,680. You do not have to use the entire amount but any you do use will help to maximise the amount you shelter from the tax man.
